#462: You Like Struggle
The most potent realization is that you like and choose to struggle.
Otherwise, why would you not stop it?
Why would you not abort your self-sabotage?
Why would you not dissolve your self-conflict?
Because then you would have all this time to live.
For a human, living is scary.
Struggling is familiar. Struggling feels like home.
No matter how nonsensical it sounds, non-suffering is too novel and foreign.
So next time you feel bad when struggling, pause and ask yourself:
What do I secretly enjoy so much about this pain?
